You may choose to have your vouchers delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class.
If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
Postal delivery takes 3-5 working days through Royal Mail.
The hotel cannot accept responsibility for vouchers once they have been dispatched.
